Using NSE administrator's username and password – Gia-App uses this information to log in to your NSE and upgrade your firmware. We recommend that you change your password after the upgrade is complete.

Gia-App may disclose your information to third parties where you have given your express consent or in the following circumstances, where we have a legitimate interest in doing so, where it is necessary for our performance of our contract with you, or where we are legally obliged to do so: to our partners, agents and subcontractors who are involved in the delivery of providing products or services used or ordered by you; or, in the event of business transfers.

We may also share your information with any member of our group, which means our subsidiaries, our ultimate holding company, and its subsidiaries where we have a legitimate interest in doing so.
